With the time change back to Pacific Standard, we're having trouble trying to sleep in past 5:30 a.m. which means we are in bed at 8:30 pm. Need to get this sorted out before we have our houseguests next weekend! :) lol I don't think they will appreciate getting up at that time while on holiday. The only good part is that the PVR is in real time again.
A beautiful sunrise this morning so I snapped a few pictures while taking the dog out. There is quite a bit of snow on the mountains to the west.
Today we drove into Henderson to Costco and Walmart to restock the larder. Such hard work we decided to go for sushi for lunch. Ray's been craving it for awhile and the stuff you get at the stores just doesn't cut it. Samurai Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi near Costco provided an excellent meal at a reasonable price. Two specialty rolls, an order of tempura prawns, 2 extra unagi, miso soup and tea. Yummm.

Another glorious morning. Today I will go back into Henderson for a hair cut leaving Ray with the dog at camp. Back from town by noon and then it was time to sit outside and enjoy the sun. Here are some more "rock" pictures taken as the sun is setting. We just love all of the shadows and colour. These are the hills behind us.
Tomorrow it is off to Valley of Fire State Park. These last 4 days have been great soaking up the sun.
