We paid for another day at Deadhorse Ranch State Park so Ray could have a day of rest for his birthday and recover from the train ride. For breakfast I made him waffles and we had champagne and orange juice.
After a leisurely morning Ray went for a walk along the fishing ponds to snap a few pictures.

Our first bald eagle sighting down south. |
For dinner I made him a favorite of his that we have not had in several years .... Seafood Newburg, with fried catfish, prawns and scallops and roasted asparagus.
A boston creme birthday cake was next with 6 candles instead of 60. I did not want to burn down the coach!
Previous morning shots of Tuzigoot National Monument that is a short distance from the campsite and the hillside town of Jerome.
